Lewis Lim was called to the Malaysian Bar in August 2001. He is actively engaged in general civil and commercial litigation specializing in areas of dispute resolutions involving debt recovery, insolvency, corporate litigation and company law proceedings, construction claims, tortious claims, professional negligence, employment and industrial relation matters as well as estate administration and matrimonial proceedings. In addition, he is also experienced in conveyancing transactions and drafting of commercial contracts relating to industries ranging from construction, broadcasting and transmission to internet and e-commerce transactions. He has considerable trial experience both in the Subordinate Courts and the High Courts besides providing counsel work to fellow solicitors. Min Lee was called to the Malaysian Bar on 30 July 2010. She practices all forms of general litigation and advisory work including trade mark, copyright, commercial disputes, land law, family law and personal data protection with vast experience in intellectual property litigation and brand protection.
She assists clients in creating brand protection programs and works closely with various government agencies, particularly the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs in enforcing clients’ rights against counterfeiters.

Kelvin Ho is a Senior Legal Associate who graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Multimedia University, Malacca. Upon completion of pupillage, he was called to the Malaysian Bar in August 2019. After practising in two law firms, Kelvin subsequently joined the Firm in April 2022.
Although he had only joined the Firm in April 2022, he had considerable experience in specialized firms practising primarily in construction-related disputes besides general and commercial litigation including debt recovery and insolvency matters. He is also substantially exposed to various interlocutory proceedings throughout his 5 years of litigation practice. In addition, Kelvin also has experience of conducting full trials.
Presently, Kelvin is involved in commercial and civil litigation briefs accepted by the Firm, particularly on construction and contractual disputes, insolvency proceedings, debt recovery and tortious claims. Recently Kelvin has also taken on conveyancing briefs as he wishes to expand his practice areas, in addition to general litigation. He is conversant in English, Malay and Chinese dialects of Mandarin & Hokkien.
Gan Cindy graduated with honours from the University of Glamorgan in 1998 and was called to the Bar in 2022.
Prior to her joining legalpractice, she had amassed over 20 years of corporate experience dealing with international clients and government agencies from a wide range of sectors including Islamic finance and banking, asset management and law.
She has travelled extensively for her career especially to the Middle East and across Southeast Asia.
As an expert negotiator, Cindy is multilingual, conversant in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and
Hokkien.
She is currently spearheading client and portfolio expansion
for the Firm’s conveyancing department.
Chai Yong Wei (Chris) graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of Adelaide. He was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in year 2018.
After completion of chambering, he joined a public listed energy corporation in Johor Bahru working as an in-house counsel. He primarily involves in managing legal and compliance risks, developing policies and procedures and ensuring the department units is in adherence to legal and regulatory requirement.
Prior to joining the Firm, he commenced practice in a Johor Bahru law firm and was exposed to wide variety of practices including contentious works of banking litigation, foreclosure proceeding, bankruptcy, winding up, child custody fight, adoption, hire purchase, tenancy disputes, shipping, sales of goods, liquidated damages claim for house buyer, citizenship claims for stateless children and tortious claims for construction disputes.
He is currently handling the portfolio of construction-related disputes and commercial litigation. He converses fluently in Mandarin, Malay and English.
