Lewis Lim

Lewis Lim was called to the Malaysian Bar in August 2001. He is actively engaged in general civil and commercial litigation specializing in areas of dispute resolutions involving debt recovery, insolvency, corporate litigation and company law proceedings, construction claims, tortious claims, professional negligence, employment and industrial relation matters as well as estate administration and matrimonial proceedings. In addition, he is also experienced in conveyancing transactions and drafting of commercial contracts relating to industries ranging from construction, broadcasting and transmission to internet and e-commerce transactions. He has considerable trial experience both in the Subordinate Courts and the High Courts besides providing counsel work to fellow solicitors. Min Lee

Min Lee was called to the Malaysian Bar on 30 July 2010. She practices all forms of general litigation and advisory work including trade mark, copyright, commercial disputes, land law, family law and personal data protection with vast experience in intellectual property litigation and brand protection.

She assists clients in creating brand protection programs and works closely with various government agencies, particularly the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs in enforcing clients’ rights against counterfeiters.

Riley Law

Riley is a Legal Associate in the Firm and was called to the Malaysian Bar on 30 July 2018. Depite her 2 years’ experience in practice, she emanates passion and zealousness in each task she undertakes. Currently, her area of practice is in general civil and commercial litigation as well as family matters besides conveyancing experience on sub-sale transactions.

Backgrounds and Experience

All the partners are presently senior lawyers as defined by the Malaysian bar. Although the partners’ field of practice are principally in dispute resolutions and litigation, the Firm nevertheless also undertakes drafting and preparation of commercial contracts as well as conveyancing practice

The Firm’s Philosophy

The Firm recognises the public’s growing awareness of legal rights which necessarily results in higher demands for better quality service besides necessitating specialization in core areas of law. In line with this, the Firm makes it an aim to provide each client with the highest quality of services possible with personal attention given to each and every matter undertaken by the Firm. The belief of the Firm is that “service shall speak for itself” to be evidenced by the clients’ growing confidence.

The Clientele

Presently, the Firm’s clientele consists mainly of private institutions both locally and in the Asian region such as Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. Although the Firm’s partnership was founded on a primarily litigation background, the matters undertaken also actively ranges from advisory works to conveyancing and preparation of commercial contracts. In addition, the Firm’s partners have also been engaged by fellow solicitors on numerous occasions to undertake drafting and counsel work.
The Firm is also listed in the panelship of various public listed companies and leading companies in the construction services sector.
