In this respect, the Firm also provides advisory works on employment issues such as convening of domestic inquiries, terminations, retrenchments and re-organisations in addition to drafting of employment contracts or guidebooks and housing schemes relating thereto. The Firm’s practice in this area is confined to acting for and on behalf of the company involved.
